Orders, Delivery and Returns.

Delivery.

Delivery usually takes between 3-5 working days, however in some cases, delivery may take up to 14 days. Should the expected delivery time of your order take more than 14 working days, we will be in touch to let you know. Refunds We are happy to offer a full refund on all items bought on Janelle.ie providing they are returned to us in perfect condition with all of their original tags still attached in their original packaging within 7 days of the date you received them.

After this time, providing the items are still in perfect condition with their tags still attached in their original packaging, a full refund will be offered at the discretion of Janelle Boutique.

All refunds will and can only be made via the same method with which you originally paid. We endeavour to make all refunds within 3-5 working days. Once we have processed the refund on our end, you will be notified by email. Please note, your bank may take additional time to process the refund. As we have no control over this, we ask you to allow up to 7 days from when we receive the returned goods to you seeing the refunded amount in your account. If the refund takes longer than 7 days to reach your account, please contact us immediately. 

Returns.

If you need to return your item, please take the following the steps:

Email janelle.ardkeen@gmail.com with your order number and let us know why you are returning the item. If you require a larger or smaller size in the same item, please let us know immediately so we can reserve that size for you if it is still in stock. Please accept our apologies if your preferred size has already sold out. By nature of the exclusivity of our products, we only carry very limited numbers in each size and items sell out quickly.

Please package the item(s) in a safe, dry package with all of the original tags attached and packaging included, and post or hand-deliver your items to Janelle Boutique, Ardkeen Shopping Centre, Waterford X91 X54N ensuring they arrive within 7 days from when you received them. We recommend registering your package and/or getting a receipt when you post it as we cannot take responsibility for any packages lost in transit. Items must be in perfect condition when they arrive to us for a refund to be processed.

Of course, these conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

We want you to find the perfect pieces here on Janelle.ie. We specialise in personal shopping in our boutique and we are more than happy to carry that that personal service across to our online shop, so if you see an item and would like more information about its size, measurements, care instructions or you would simply love some styling advice, please don’t hesitate to contact us. We are happy to help!

Cancelled Orders.

On the rarest occasions, due to order fulfilment issues (e.g. availability of stock), we may need to cancel items within your order because we cannot fulfill that order. Should this ever happen, you will be refunded as soon as the issue is raised on our system (usually within 2-48 hours of placing your order). However, please note these incidents are extremely rare and we endeavour at all times to fulfill your order exactly as you placed it.
